Mission
It is essential to clarify, make accessible anddisseminate the research results and the policy recommendations developed by the Law and Policy Hub. This is why the outcomes of all the research activities have been published in top journals and discussed at conferences, and further translated into tailored and periodic policy briefs that aim to address the informational needs of biorobotic engineers and the other scientific researchers that are involved in the project.
Moreover, dissemination activities of various kinds have been planned. Awareness panels have been regularly organized to inform the personnel of the project about the applicable legal framework and the novelties introduced by the EU Digital strategy in accessible terms. Practical workshops with key researchers and technologists have focused on the collaborative resolution of concrete issues of the research activities, such as to understand which legal provisions apply to specific use cases. An interdisciplinary conference that gathered the many authors of the book was held in October 2024.
WP results
Book “Enabling and safeagurding personalized medicine”
This volume is a collection of scientific articles that analyzes and disentangles issues broadly related to personalized medicine from a multidisciplinary perspective. It addresses (i) challenges related to health data sharing and data protection; (ii) organizational, economic and other enablers and constraints that various stakeholders encounter in personalized healthcare; and (iii) the evolving rules of liability due to emerging technologies. The contributions were presented at the BRIEF conference of October 14th, 2024.

Report on Research Dissemination and Awareness I
This report illustrates the activities of dissemination that have been carried out within the WP7 from the start of the project in October 2022 until mid-December 2023 and plans out the activities that will be organized until the end of the project in March 2025.
